Cal to Face Air Force in Armed Force Bowl
The University of California will face the United States Air Force Academy in the 2007 Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl in Cowtown on New Years Eve it was announced. This will be the fifth straight bowl game for the Golden Bears which are 6-6 this season.Like their opponent, Cal which is 6-6 this season, also emphasizes the running game featuring Justin Forsett. The senior running back has rushed for over 1,400 yards this season, 2nd in the Pac-10.
Kickoff is December 31, at 11:30 a.m. at TCU's Amon G. Carter Stadium. The game will be televised on ESPN.
